CHANGES TO MONTHLY FEES EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 2007

Effective with your January 2007 invoice the following fees have been adjusted.  

The net effect to your total invoice amount will be minimal, and in many cases will result in savings.

SHARE DRAFT TRANSMISSION

• first 5000 = .01 each
• 5001 - 100,000  = .002 each   (previously .005 each)

REFUND FOR EMAIL STATEMENTS

• .05 per Home Bank Electronic member statement   (previously .04 per Electronic Statement)

ACH DATA TRANSMISSION  (Added to offset transmission charge by Federal Reserve Bank)

• first 5000 = .01 each
• 5001 - 100,000  = Temporarily .05 each  (to offset new fee by Federal Reserve Bank charged retroactive to 2005))
• .025 each after retro charge has been collected.

PRINTING 1099 FORMS and reporting to IRS

• .10 per form  (previously .08 per form)

Annual License Fee

The amount per account remains the same.  You can look at the Summary Totals near the end of the December 2006 Share and Loan Listing to calculate billable accounts.
