Grand Totals at the end of the Share & Loan Listing show total number of accounts, total shares and total loans for all of the individual reports created.  

• SUB-ACCOUNTS share and loan totals are included in the NUMBER OF MEMBERS
• All other categories should NOT contain active shares and/or loans  

YTD AND SINCE ORGANIZATION TOTALS

The system automatically increases the totals as new loans are entered in the system.   You can adjust any of these figures in Program #47 Option J.
