Following are some known questions concerning the use of EZ-Term.  If you don't find your answer here please let us know so that we can add it.

Branch terminal doesn't connect to the server after installation of EZ-Term -  Your VPN is not setup for network broadcasts.  

1. Click on Setup on the top EZ-Term toolbar.
2. Choose Profile
3. Uncheck the box in front of Automatically Find Host
4. Enter your Linux server's IP address in the Host Address field
5. Click OK.

Terminal Times Out After 30 Minutes - This is a security feature built into EZ-Term.  To change the time, or disable the feature:

1. Click on Setup on the top EZ-Term toolbar.
2. Choose Profile
3. At the very bottom of the screen change the minutes for Secure Mode Idle Minutes,  or remove the checkmark to disable that feature entirely

Select Printer window comes up when printing vouchers

1. Click on Setup on the top EZ-Term toolbar.
2. Choose Printers
3. Uncheck Prompt for Printer when Printing
4. Click on Change
5. Highlight the printer you want to use when printing in EZ-Term.
6. Click OK

To have the system prompt you to determine which printer to use

1. Click on Setup on the top EZ-Term toolbar.
2. Choose Printers
3. Check Prompt for Printers when Printing
4. Click OK

Printer advances the page after each screen print

1. Click on Setup on the top EZ-Term toolbar.
2. Choose Printers
3. Uncheck Form Feed after Printing
4. Click OK

Lines in the screen display

1. Click on Setup on the top EZ-Term toolbar.
2. Choose General
3. Check Problem Video
4. Click OK

Password protect SETUP

1. Click on Setup on the top EZ-Term toolbar.
2. Choose Change Setup Password
3. The Change Administrator Password window appears
4. Enter the New Password in the proper field
5. Retype the new password in the next field.
6. Click OK.
