This is a new feature provided to you  via EZ-Term.  In the event of a robbery, medical emergency or fire you can use this feature to send an EZMemo to all terminals advising them of the emergency.  

THE CREDIT UNION SHOULD DETERMINE WHAT ACTION IS TO BE TAKEN IN THE EVENT OF A PANIC MESSAGE TO AVOID MULTIPLE 911 PHONE CALLS.

SEND A PANIC MESSAGE

The Panic button appears on the Toolbar at the top of the EZ-Term window.  

Click on Panic and the following options are available:

1. Robbery - Sends an EZMemo to all terminals saying
   
    !!!  Robbery in Progress.   Call 911 immediately.
    
2. Medical -  Sends an EZMemo to all terminals saying
   
   !!!  Medical Emergency in Progress.   Call 911 immediately.
    
3. Fire  - Sends an EZMemo to all terminals saying
   
   !!! Fire Emergency in Progress.   Call 911 immediately

 PANIC MESSAGE SENT IN ERROR

Click on Panic and choose  the following:

1. Cancel Previous Panic - Sends an EZMemo to all terminals saying Cancel Previous Emergency
